Return & Refund Policy

At Ithika by Parvathy, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Returned products must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

• Claims for damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• A complete, continuous open-box video, recorded while opening the package, is required for damaged or incorrect product claims. Please share it with us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Claims for damaged or incorrect products submitted without a valid open-box video may not be accepted.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available only for damaged or incorrect products.

• Please report an exchange request within 24 hours of delivery and share a complete, continuous open-box video for verification.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll arrange an eligible replacement, subject to availability.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive and verify the returned product.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

• The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important

Please inspect your package as you open it and record a continuous open-box video. This video is required for claims related to damaged or incorrect products.
